patience is not enough
it takes something more than that
know it
and infinity meets its end;
too many stories
dreadful, fearful, if not meaningful;
silence and hungry stares
of a million loves untold;
affirmation is no consolation for truth;
but fortunately unfortunate,
my truth -
the truth is the real.

Truth seems unreal
its veil hiding all certainty
and you, yes you,
do not care,
nor even try to seek it;
your love is not my truth;
i lost too many battles,
missed too many chances,
failure with great effort,
trial without success,
still you, yes you;
did not care,
nor tried to seek it;
you loved but loved not my truth

i was warned;
from your date of birth,
i was warned;
from the depths of your soul,
