The Dreamer’s Sleep
by winterstale
As the twilight sleeps into the darkness
Little stars suddenly appear into the night
Exclaimed by the wonderful sight
Of such wonder and intimidating likeness
Dawning tiredness creeps into the bones
Seeking a peaceful way to start an endless phase
Never thought of traveling into a place
Where everything is as colorful as the tones
Nightmares shall not disturb a mind’s plight
It would be just a prick away
Into the world of a wonderful flight
Into a reality that leads into a strange way
Does the morning ever wake up to its slumber?
Or does the slumber itself wake the morning into its deepest slumber?
