My head was aching terribly. Annabelle was playing around the house.
"Hey, look! A piano!" she said. I looked at the dusty old thing. It was really, really old. Cobwebs were already in its corners. Brown, like oak the piano was. It had little gold details carved on its side. It looked like it came from a fairytale book where the castle was abandoned and all that's left is the piano... because it had magic. I'm crazy.
"Hey, they left already." I looked around me and noticed that we were the only ones left. "Sora." I said.
She grinned widely and leaped on me. "Ow, ow, be careful." Her elbow hit my jaw.
She jumped down and said, "Sorry. Maybe I got a little excited?"
I was rubbing my jaw line and mumbled, "A little? hahaha yeah, right. Anyway, let's go. We're left. The monsters might catch us you know." I looked at her face to see her horrified expression. "They might EAT us."
"Stop scaring me!" she bellowed. "Don't act as if YOU don't get scared!"I tugged her and made my way to the kitchen. That was where we entered. Before we stepped out of the house, I took one last look at the piano.
"Enchanting." I murmured.
Sora looked at me with one eyebrow raised. I just smiled and we left the house.
